Contractor Benefits of XactAnalysis & Moisture Mapper Integration

The Moisture Mapper – XactAnalysis integration provides the contractor with an easier methodology to utilize the industry accepted Moisture Mapper web based process management tool, speeding delivery of claim administrative information on the front end; and uploading of process information to the Xactimate estimate throughout the progress of the job.  In addition to saving time, this system virtually eliminates data entry errors!

Contractors have always struggled to find a simple, yet professional and repeatable method for managing and documenting their water mitigation projects.  The XactAnalysis – Moisture Mapper integration now uses the power of the XactAnalysis assignment, with the process management and documentation ability of Moisture Mapper.
The XactAnalysis assignment can now be directly exported to set up a project with the assignment information; property owner name, address, and contact information; adjuster assignment; claim number; date of loss; date of assignment; and description of the reported loss.  This enables the contractor to focus on the management and documentation of the operational procedures as required by the IICRC S-500, without time consuming double entry of information.

Upon completion of the project, equipment and procedures applied to the job can now be directly uploaded to the Xactimate estimate.  This direct upload reduces the chance of misrepresenting the equipment that was used as per the IICRC S-500 standard.  Again, the contractor does not double enter procedures and/or equipment applied!
An additional benefit to the contractor is that a standard report now exists in two different formats, allowing the adjuster to review initial process indicators (alerts) as well as graphs that are automatically developed and shown in XactAnalysis.  This process information, when compared with the Xactimate estimate in one easy to compare document, may reduce the questions that an adjuster has prior to paying the claim and closing the file.
