Company Overview

Moisture Mapper International provides, through patent pending algorithms and analysis, a clear and repeatable documentation system for insurers and contractors concerned with effective management of claims related to property water damage. Our web based software provides the necessary process management tools to track water mitigation locally, regionally or nationally. It also includes extensive reporting capability by job, contractor, adjuster, etc. Secure access is available with any internet portal.

Our programming and data warehousing resources are all based in the United States, with offices and redundant servers located in Massachusetts and Florida.

The key members of our senior management team who oversee all staff and operations include:

John North, president, has a business background that includes a unique understanding of the property and casualty insurance market as well as the restoration contractor industry, particularly as it applies to managed repair programs and third party administrative networks.

John was part of the original management team that developed the PRISM Network (the first successful national P & C Contractor Network), now known as Crawford Contractor Connection, which initially focused on providing qualified residential contractor solutions for P & C insurers. John led their successful development of the national contractor database and qualification process. He also provided key leadership with the marketing to numerous insurers as well as the subsequent development and management of a wide variety of property repair programs for those insurers.

John was also the co-founder of IntegResource, a national contractor network that provided emergency mitigation and restoration services, roofing repair and replacement services and maintenance related services for commercial property owners. In addition, John was the co-founder of IntegResource Canada. John's current primary focus is the marketing of Moisture Mapper as a common platform and process management analysis tool for the P & C insurance market; as well as demonstrating the "value add" the Moisture Mapper web based system brings to the restoration contractor market. He is also coordinating system integration issues and joint marketing initiatives with XactAnalysis.

Craig Fillmann, the founder of Moisture Mapper International, Inc., saw a need for a company focusing on the standardization of the documentation procedures in the water damage restoration industry. The procedures include the use of proprietary web based software to provide repeatable quality job management tools for water mitigation contractors as well as analysis tools for insurance industry personnel and/or contractor networks.

Craig's past professional experience includes significant water damage restoration experience as the founder of Munters Moisture Control Services, the first major water damage restoration service company in the US, Canada and Great Britain; five years as a Principal with Business Development Solutions, LLC, a consulting resource for strategic positioning of products and large loss restoration services – including large loss mitigation project management experience with Munters during hurricane Hugo, and with a major restoration company during hurricane Katrina. He has also been the General Manager of Munters Cargocaire, a major desiccant international manufacturer, as well as a Paul Davis Restoration franchise owner in the water mitigation and property restoration industry.

He served on active duty with the Navy from 1968 to 1981, as a reserve officer from 1981 to 1995, and retired as a Captain. Craig's educational background includes a BA degree in Economics and Business from Nasson College; as well as an MS degree in Systems Technology from the University of Southern California. He also earned a Certificate from the Incentive International School of Management Program in Sweden, and a Certificate in Humanities from the University of Strasbourg, France.

Craig is currently focusing on the acceptance, use and documentation of standard water damage restoration procedures, and serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Moisture Mapper International, Inc. He coordinates the efforts of our in house programming group as well as additional technology partners.

Ellen Paladino, Administrative Director, is one of the founders and principals of Moisture Mapper International, Inc. Ellen has a wide ranging knowledge of the water damage industry. As the second employee of Munters Moisture Control Services, Ellen served in various positions during the rapid growth and expansion of this company, managing the development of administrative and marketing programs for thirty offices in the United States and Canada. During this period, Ellen also participated in numerous major mitigation projects on sight during several hurricanes.

Additionally, Ellen was the co-owner of a Paul Davis Restoration franchise, and managed the administration, finances and business development and management during the growth and sale of the business.

Her 25+ years in the restoration industry provides her with a strong working knowledge of water mitigation, from the contractor's, facility owner's, and insurance company's perspectives.

Ellen, a graduate of Katherine Gibbs, provides an expertise in the administration, marketing and business development activities that has been invaluable in the start up and continued growth of Moisture Mapper.
